Brooke is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of nursing experience, beginning with her career in pediatrics. Raised in Sandy, Utah, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah and spent many years caring for children at Primary Children’s Hospital, including roles in the Infant Unit and float pool. She also has extensive experience in pediatric homecare as a case manager, supporting patients and families with complex medical needs.
After raising her four children, Brooke pursued her long-standing goal of advancing her education and became a Family Nurse Practitioner, earning her master’s degree from Western Governors University. She completed most of her clinical training here at Zenith Family Health where she developed a strong foundation in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan.
Brooke is especially passionate about women’s health and has pursued additional training in gynecology, as well as advanced education in hormone therapy. She is pellet therapy certified and enjoys helping patients achieve hormonal balance as part of their overall wellness.
Brooke takes a holistic approach to healthcare, focusing on whole-body wellness, prevention, and the development of sustainable, healthy lifestyle habits. Her background in pediatrics, combined with her passion for family and women’s health, allows her to provide compassionate care to patients of all ages.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys staying active through hiking, running, and biking. She values quality time with her family and loves supporting her children in their sports and activities. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve optimal health and well-being at every stage of life.
